must accompany entries. No postdated checks. The entry clerk will call
COLLECT to clarify unreadable or questionable entries. Express mail must
have signature waived.
Online entries
are treated as a faxed entry. If entered early then payment is
expected, if within 10 days before start of show then payment may be
made at the door (check-in).

RULES &
SCORING:
All
championship, premiership and registered kitten entries will be scored
for CFA National and Regional Awards. All information on the entry form
must be completed exactly as state on the CFA Registration Certificate.
No adult entry will be accepted without a registration number. Only
those kittens with registration numbers typed or written in the catalog
are eligible for scoring. No kitten under the age of four months will
be permitted in the show hall. No more than one cat or two
kittens per single cage is allowed. All CFA Show Rules will be
strictly enforced. Copies of CFA Show Rules may be obtained for $5.00
from CFA, P.O. Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736.
CHECK-IN &
BENCHING:
9:00 a.m.
until 9:45 a.m. on Saturday. Judging will be 10:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. on
Saturday and 9:00 a.m.—4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Every effort will be made to
complete judging on time. All cats and kittens should be free of fleas,
ear mites and any other diseases. All entries should be inoculated
against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis and calici viruses and should
be tested and found negative for feline leukemia. The show committee
reserves the right to remove any cat or kitten from the show hall if
suspected of having any of the above ailments until examined by a
licensed veterinarian at the owner / agent’s expense. All claws must be
clipped prior to benching. Failure to do so will subject entry to
disqualification. It is an Alabama state law that all cats be inoculated
against rabies.
CAGES &
SUPPLIES:
Single cage
size is approximately 22”x22”x22”. Royal Canin will
be available at the show. Please bring your own litter pan and water
bowls. Litter will be provided.
HOUSEHOLD
PETS
will be
judged in 4 rings, 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. They must be at least
4 months old and cannot be declawed. Cats over 8 months old must be
spayed or neutered.
SHOW HALL:
Our show hall is located in the Birmingham—Jefferson Civic Center,
Birmingham, Alabama. Directions will be sent with confirmation. Smoking
is not permitted in the show hall. The show hall is climate controlled.

concession is located in the show hall.
LIABILITIES:
The
Birmingham Feline Fanciers will take reasonable care to safeguard
entries and property of exhibitors. However, neither the club nor the
Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center will be liable for any loss or damage.
All cats must be removed from the show hall at night
