Cherie has been painting since she was eight years old.  Her father, an artist and her source of talent, handed her a canvas and brushes mainly to keep her quiet and the first painting she ever did was a kitten.  She has painted since then, although she still paints cats she also paints all animals, Americana and  portraits.  She feels that she is not complete unless she is in the studio a part of each day.

Toni Gilmer grew up as a “non-artist” in an artistic family.  Unable to paint or draw but able to visualize “pictures” in everyday life, she found her talent the first time she picked up a camera.  Toni feels her art is in capturing “moments in time” to be enjoyed and hopefully to inspire.  Animals are among her favorite subjects, and being a cat owner she has snapped many a “moment.”  Examples of her work can be found on her website: www.tonigilmer.com
